Flexibility first: pay only for what you use
You are very welcome to simply relax at our private luxury lodge, soak in the Dartmoor views, and explore Devon. However, if you wish to use any of the Ashbury and Manor Resorts' 70+ facilities, even for a single swim, round of golf, or craft session, an Activity Pass is required.

Padel Tennis & Select Activities: Premium facilities like Padel Tennis carry a nominal court hire charge.

Slot Reservations & App Access: The resort charges a £1 online booking fee per reserved activity session to prevent no-shows. Once you purchase your pass through us, we will send you access to the resort app so you can book activity slots 2 weeks prior to arrival (Golf tee times and spa treatments can be booked immediately after booking the lodge).
